I had a nice stay at the hotel. The room was slightly larger than typical Japanese double bed rooms but a bit small compared to twin rooms, yet it was compact and tidy. The service was amazingly helpful and the staff were very polite and patient. The location was excellent, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and it was convenient being close to a tram stop. The dining experience was good with a variety of food choices, although the range was not extensive.
